Wilson Manufacturing, a manufacturer of rotary and flexible dies, print cylinders and other rotary diecutting products, has announced the availability of its new Extreme line of rotary dies. According to Wilson, the Extreme series of products allow converters to achieve unprecedented accuracy for multiple applications.

The dies feature an exceptionally tight-tolerance blade height with no greater than .0001” variance. Combined with new, harder, more durable steel, Extreme dies are designed to maintain critical cutting accuracy during long print runs. While under development, Extreme dies were proven for use on thin films and medical applications, as well as on board stocks and sand paper.

Wilson says that the printers and converters that worked with with company during the development process describe the performance of Extreme dies as “simply extraordinary.” For additional information, contact [email protected].
